Freshly renovated and updated, this coastal inspired, mid-century modern daylight basement has been carefully curated to provide you withs a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just 4 minutes from the heart of downtown and 8 minutes to the University of Idaho campus.

+1 Large bedroom with two queen beds and ample closet space
+1 Small bedroom with one queen bed and a small closet. Please note that this bedroom is non-egress.
+All of our beds have down comforters, down pillows and 100% cotton sheets.

BATHROOM

+1 newly renovated bathroom with shower

KITCHENETTE

The kitchenette includes all of the basic appliances you will need for simple meals:
+ Large size mini fridge with small freezer
+ Toaster oven
+ 2 burner hot plate
+ Electric tea kettle
+ 3 coffee brewing options: French press, pour over, and Aeropress
+ Coffee grinder
+ Pots, pans, and basic cooking supplies are provided.

LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM

+Comfortable couch and chairs
+Smart TV including apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime
+Dining table with extra chairs available for larger groups.
OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE:
+This is a daylight basement unit and access is down gently sloped exterior stairs.
+The second bedroom with one queen bed is non-egress.
+ The main floor of the house is occupied by a family and you will likely hear the upstairs footsteps and activity while in the unit. If you like to sleep in late in a perfectly quiet environment, then this may not be the best choice for your stay!
