「Great communication before arrival. Saw from previous reviews people complaining about having to go to sister hotel for check in - let them know in advance we would be arriving late and were given instructions how to access property. Apartment nice and spacious with large balcony and a VERY confortable bed. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc provided. One row back from sea but had a glimpse of sea from our balcony. Great value for money.」

「The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. 「Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten OG. Wer Räder geliehen hat, muss sich darauf einstellen sie stets nach oben zu tragen über die enge Treppe. Im EG darf nichts abgestellt werden. Die Betten sind zudem sehr schlecht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Morgens ab 6 Uhr wird man geweckt durch die Reinigungsdienste auf der Straße. 「Great location in Port Pollenca a very short walk to beach boardwalk and a huge selection of restaurants. We had a great stay using the apartment as a base to explore from. Hosts were super attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would like to come back for a cycling trip (multiple units available in same building for larger groups) and a longer visit.」

「This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. 」

「We stayed at this property for just over a week and enjoyed every moment of our time there. The view over looking the ocean is what makes this property so special. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived and there were fresh grapefruit and lemons plus a bottle of wine awaiting us! So special! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a more quaint location on Mallorca.」

Die Vermietering reagiert innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf Whats App. Die Abwicklung war wirklich herrvoragend. Das Appartment ist von innen sehr schön, Da wir über Weihnachten waren war der Fußboden sehr kalt. "4人1部屋で、キッチン・バルコニー付きで十分な広さだった。セーフティボックスは有料（1日2.5ユーロ）で受付に申し込まないといけない。シャワーの排水溝の流れが悪かったが、受付に言うとすぐに対応してくれた。 ビュッフェの食事は日替わりで種類もまあまああり、味は普通だった。ハーフボードプランでは飲み物は別料金だった。夜はエンターテイナーによる演奏やキッズ向けイベントなどがありファミリーフレンドリーなホテル。 洗濯機はホテルに1台しかなく現金が必要。 ビーチやバス停まで歩いて5分、ホテル前にスーパーがあり飲み物やお菓子の調達に便利。"
