Great Location - BEWARE Hidden Costs
This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. The value for money is still not too bad, but it would have been good to know about the charges when we were booking. The building's lift did break one day which meant it took 10 minutes for the other singular lift for the whole building to arrive. The apartment is also without a kettle. You communicate through Vincent when you are staying, to collect key. Vincent was very responsive, but said that he had no way of contacting the owner, which was odd. It is good for ski in ski out, and you can get to the lifts very quickly.

L'appartement est très bien placé en plein cœur de la station. Il est propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. L'appartement est tout de même assez petit, l'espace de rangement est restreint. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement !

Cosy place to unwind

Gemütliches Appartement in Avoriaz
Ich habe den Aufenthalt in Avoriaz genossen. Das Appartement war für mich als Einzelperson völlig ausreichend, und außer einem Wasserkocher habe ich nichts vermißt. Für 4 Personen wäre es meiner Meinung nach zu eng, zwar gibt es genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten, doch für 4 Personen zu wenig Ablageplatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Vincent dem "Portier" war jederzeit problemlos über WhatsApp möglich.

Après quelques réglages et échanges avec le propriétaire très disponible, excellent séjour. Studio propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Pour ne rien gâcher, le soleil était de la partie après la neige bien déposée la semaine précédente.

Bonjour, Propriété tout à fait conforme à la description : emplacement, équipements .... Le logement est bien équipé et très bien aménagé avec une gestion optimisé de l'espace. Seul bémol, le gérant immobilier a été très économe en information .... Heureusement le propriétaire était disponible.

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois de janvier à Avoriaz, l'appartement est agréable et au pied des pistes, ainsi que les commerces. Le propriétaire facilement joignable. Le seul bémole, l'appartement est situé juste à la sortie des ascenseurs, un peu bruyant si il y a du passage, de plus les saisonniers vous réveille toute les nuits quand il passe se coucher (avec quelques verres en trop ....) Mais je recommande, après une journée de ski on dors bien de toute façon !
