Vacances printemps

On a pu pleinement profiter de la station durant cette période. Même si toutes les pistes n'étaient pas accessibles, cela était suffisant pour 4 jours de ski. Les tarifs à cette saison sont totalement raisonnables (forfaits, location matériel, restauration) pour ce type de station de haute montagne.

Tout a été positif, appt correct, très bien placé au centre d avoriaz,bon accueil par Vincent, Et par la suite bon echange avec le propriétaire. Je recommande cet appt sans hésiter.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Idéalement situé avec commerces bar supérette et location de matériel au pied de l'immeuble.Parfait pour 4 le logement dispose de suffisamment de rangements cachés pour optimiser l'espace. 2 télésièges à la sortie de l'appartement. Et le village des enfants juste devant l'immeuble parfait avec des enfants à l'esf. Propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant. A refaire ! Il benificie

Ski et sorites ! Le studio est très pratique, bien équipé et hyper central. La communication avec le propriétaire est fluide. Logement idéal pour 2-3 personnes en plein Coeur d'Avoriaz.

Klein aber fein

Zwar recht klein für 4 Personen, aber der Platz ist optimal ausgenutzt und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, mit Ski gut zu starten, aber auch wieder gut zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt davor.

Great Location - BEWARE Hidden Costs

This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. The value for money is still not too bad, but it would have been good to know about the charges when we were booking. The building's lift did break one day which meant it took 10 minutes for the other singular lift for the whole building to arrive. The apartment is also without a kettle. You communicate through Vincent when you are staying, to collect key. Vincent was very responsive, but said that he had no way of contacting the owner, which was odd. It is good for ski in ski out, and you can get to the lifts very quickly.

Station piétonne : a la fois pratique et reposant et à la fois compliquée à l'installation et au rangement. Avoriaz est très animée même sans pass on peut trouver de quoi s'occuper et se distraire

Cosy place to unwind

Cosy and functional Appartment. Ideal location to start your journey. Immediately at the start of the best slopes of Avoriaz 1800. Shops and restaurants as close as it can be. Sleds available for children. Playground just in front. Silent location. Friendly and helpful.

Gemütliches Appartement in Avoriaz

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in Avoriaz genossen. Das Appartement war für mich als Einzelperson völlig ausreichend, und außer einem Wasserkocher habe ich nichts vermißt. Für 4 Personen wäre es meiner Meinung nach zu eng, zwar gibt es genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten, doch für 4 Personen zu wenig Ablageplatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Vincent dem "Portier" war jederzeit problemlos über WhatsApp möglich.

Excellent séjour.

Après quelques réglages et échanges avec le propriétaire très disponible, excellent séjour. Studio propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Pour ne rien gâcher, le soleil était de la partie après la neige bien déposée la semaine précédente.
