ラファレーズ地区のNEVAレジデンスにある2.5部屋のアパートメント（30 m2）。 リゾート内で最も人気のある場所の1つであり、その露出とアクセスのために！ レジデンスルネバはわずか30室のアパートメントで構成されており、魅力的で落ち着いた雰囲気です。

アパートは1階の理想的な南東に面しており、バルコニーから外に直接アクセスできます。 新しく改装された山スタイルのアパートは、地域の素材、つまり木と石で作られています。
リゾートと山々の景色を望む、非常に明るい美しい展示会。 バルコニーからは小さな二次軸または通過軸が見渡せ、歩行者、スノーモービルなどはわずかです。

Ski holiday

Tiny apartment, but clean and effective for a ski trip. Could sleep 6 people, but size wise only effective for 3 adults.

Super fijne locatie in het dorp en goed gelegen ten opzichte van de parking.

Goed verblijf met goede incheck. Appartement is wat mij betreft voor max 4 volwassenen. Goed ingedeeld en zeer netjes. Fijn gelegen ten opzichte van: pistes, parking, skiverhuur en de bakker. Het ligt in een rustig hoekje in het dorp en fijn dat je buiten kan lunchen met goed weer (gelegen op de begane grond). Zeker een aanrader!

C'etait magnifique - un appartement avec beaucoup de charmee

L'appartement a beaucoup de charme, l'amenagement est fait avec beaucoup de goût, il manque rien. L'emplacement est aussi parfait, la boulangerie a côté, le supermarché en face, des restaurants à 5 minutes à pied - on est au centre, mais quand même tranquille. On peut partir sur les pistes depuis la maison et également pour les promenades. On était deux personnes avec un petit chien et c'était três bien, on avait beaucoup de place. L'arrivé et le départ a été très bien organisés. A noter que l'appartement était tres propre. Nous revenons sûrement und autre fois.

Très bonne semaine de ski dans un appartement de charme

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cet appartement très cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il bénéficie d'un très bel emplacement, dans une petite résidence très calme. Il est très bien équipé et confortable. Et nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Stéphanie.

This was our 2nd stay at Neva in Avoriaz. We had another fantastic time and the accommodation was excellent as the time before. The Courtin family have a great, well maintained property in a great location for all. Easy process to gain access to the apartment and no problems throughout. Perfect family apartmnet

Just came back from a week staying in this lovely apartment. There was everything we needed for our weeks skiing. Cleverly designed there was enough space for my wife, myself and our 2 kids to comfortably live in here. Kitchen is well appointed and we ate in most nights after long days skiing. Location is perfect for getting from the welcome station easily, bakery next door and supermarket very nearby. Ground floor location meant we could see the kids from the window playing in the snow outside. Would definitely come back to the charming apartment for next year's ski trip. What a fantastic apartment in a great location in Avoriaz. We stayed there for a family skiing holiday with my wife and our two children (11&8). This apartment was in a great location for parking and accessing the lovely village of Avoriaz. The apartment itself is furnished to high standards and is of real good quality. There was enough room for a family night of four to dine and relax in the apartment. The bunk beds for the children are a fantastic idea of creating a space in the apartment. Great communication from the owner who provided us with all the information we required before and whilst the holiday. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning ASAP. Brilliant Thanks

Lovely apartment. Ground floor a valuable bonus. Good range of pans and utensils. Sofa bed not the best night's sleep, but I drew short straw for sofa bed and this is expected. Chipped cups need replaced.

Perfekte Location

In diesem kleinen "Bijou" kann man sich wirklich erholen. Für uns das perfekte Apartment - perfekt gelegen. Nahe zum Einkaufen, zu sämtlichen Restaurants, zum Skiverleih, zum Parkhaus..... einfach super.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!

The apartment was fantastic for our family and perfectly and cleverly laid out with the bunk bed in a little cwtch (Welsh word for small area). Everything was really clean and had a real alpine feel. The apartment was close to lifts, swimming pool, walks, childrens area and bolongerie. Really recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

Great Avoriaz Apartment

Lovely apartment with direct access to the piste. Recently stayed with our two and four year old, they both loved jumping into the snow each morning. Excellent throughout and great communication from Nicolas, who skied past one day. Thank you also to Stephanie for our early check in

LOVELY APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION

We stayed in this apartment for a week in January and really liked it. It is tastefully decorated and well designed to make best use of the space. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to ski in and out, and the shops and restaurants are very close by. The main bedroom has a large window looking on to the village, which is lovely to wake up to. The area was very quiet during the night and early morning, the bed was very comfortable and so we had a really good sleep every night. There is a local contact in case of any difficulties, and we found them to be very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this apartment and would definitely choose it again if it were available.

Perfect family stay!!

We had a fantastic time in Avoriaz which included the fact that we had chosen this great place to stay. It was warm, beautifully furnished and the perfect size for a family of 4. In a great location for restaurants, ski hire and access to the slopes too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the Courtin Family and also to Stephanie who met us in resort.

Très joli appartement correspondant en tous points à la description. Propreté impeccable et proximité du parking très appréciable. Accueil charmant de la part de Stéphanie, merci à elle pour son sourire et sa réactivité! Grâce à elle, un problème mineur était réglé dès le lendemain. Juste deux détails... l'appartement étant de plein-pied le sol est un peu froid... n'oubliez pas vos pantoufles! Et une théière dans l'assortiment de la cuisine serait bienvenue... Bref, à recommander sans aucune hésitation!
