"Place is in a sorry condition, as soon as you hit the stairs you notice a weird stench, the building is old, I can hear the neighbors every time they walk around or flush the toilet. Not sure what was happening during my stay but there were doors being slammed repeatedly all afternoon. However, the place is equipped to accommodate cyclists and their bikes in the form of a dedicated secure storage space. For the price I would have expected the room to be better equipped and the place to be better...

"Not to be mistaken for a hotel, this is a self service set of prehistoric rooms, except for the pricing. Cleanliness is subpar, towels are older than my grandmother, and air conditioning is not a technology that has reached this part of the world. I was desperate to get some rest, but good luck doing so in 30 deg C temperature with no air conditioning. Oh and not to forget the noise from the restaurant downstairs right beneath my window. I arrived in the afternoon around 3pm to find the door...

"Excellent location and great walks from the door. Lovely renovated property with plenty of garden and an enclosed area for the dog.Our hosts Robert, Ronald and Raffi were wonderful and happy to share their local knowledge and wine!!.We visited the local vet in Montsauches with the dog before leaving and it was a really easy experience.We stayed during a heatwave in France so having the inside of the property was good as it was cool during the hottest part of the day.The walk round Lac des Settons was great for the dog and most of it was under cover of the trees.We will definitely return."
