"Disappointed that the on site restaurant was not open. The pool and spa for hotel use was closed, pool for RV area was open, but was too far to use. Bar was closed on Sunday of our stay. To compensate they had a taco truck. Air conditioning was to be set no lower than 75 degrees. Not our best stay here."
"Everything that you need is included, really gives a home vibe. And staff was amazing, big thank you to Tony who went above and beyond for me and my wife at our stay. "
"We had to stay at this hotel for one night due to a funeral that I was attending. Out of the hotels in the area, they were all $200 and up. Ouch!!. This hotel is in need of an interior makeover. The room had a little bit of a musty smell when we arrived. The AC was off in the room so it was very warm when entering. The beds are the old spring mattresses. The decor is old school. We then went the next morning to have breakfast at the restaurant and the carpet in the restaurant is buckling everywhere. It’s just in need of a good makeover. "
"Clean, well appointed, super quiet. Very pleasant landscaping/yard with a babbling brook and seating in the tree areas. Lots of games all over the inn. Cozy bed. coffee makers and refrigerator supplied. No restaurant on site. "
"Came with a group of friends who booked other rooms at the inn not through Hotels.com. Our rooms were clean but unfortunately there were flies in all of our rooms. My bathroom was the only one missing the sliding glass door for the shower, which I confirmed with my friends who all had one in theirs. Pool was clean and parking was sufficient. The inn is located in a great spot and walkable to the town center. Didn't deal much with the staff other than checking in which they were polite. The inn is pet friendly, but didn't see any pets during our stay. Ramona is a nice town with alot of friendly locals. The inn served it's purpose for our stay but if we visited again, we'd give another inn or hotel a try."
