"Great staff"

"Room was clean and bed was great. Very quiet and no bad odors or stains. Shower door leaked at bottom, so we dammed it up with spare washcloth. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. Hotel was full, so seating was tight a few mornings, but okay. Check-in/out was easy and staff was very friendly. Parking was good with access from front and back lots. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it is close to PAC center and 30 mins from Lebanon FB Field house or Carmel shopping...

"Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!"
