Summary:

This cozy chic 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, home offers plenty of reasons for you to just stay in. It is very tastefully decorated and the perfect place for your small family, or perhaps two couples, to share a relaxing getaway. The glass enclosed living room, with an extensive ocean view and fireplace, expands into a spacious, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen offering plenty of room for cooking, conversation, and entertainment. Max 2 dog limit in this home. New table on the deck to enjoy your meals in the ocean air. There is no garage access to this home. There are lots of stairs going into house and a few stairs inside home , so if you can not do stairs , this home won’t work for you.



The Space:

The "Master Bedroom" offers a king size bed, flat screen TV & electric fireplace. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with a Queen sized bed, television & additional electric fireplace. You will also find a twin sized pullout in the living room suitable for a child.







A large- over 500 sq feet- furnished, outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. BBQ your evening meal with a beautiful view of Morro Rock and the coast line. This home also includes a small fenced area for your dog to laze away the afternoon.



Guest Access:

On day of arrival you will be given lock box code for self check in. this is also where you will return key when you check out. No smoking on or around the property. Check out is no later then 11 am please message host when you depart.

Easter getaway

Long weekend in Morro Bay

We had a great stay. Always nice to find a place to bring the dogs along with us. Great location for getting out to the local sites, while being an equally nice place to hang out for the day. Would consider again if we’re in the area.

This is our second time staying at this home. The house was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for the fur babies. The home is very cozy with beautiful ocean views. Roomy House in Great Neighborhood

The house had plenty of room for two couples and two small dogs, and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, close to the main part of Morro Bay, and the neighbors are friendly. Also, Sheri at the property management co. was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay as one of the few dog friendly options available locally. The check in was very easy and communication with Don was very quick. The home has everything you could need right there plus it was quick access to the town. The views were amazing from both the deck and the living room. The deck was under repairs but was still enjoyable to watch the sunset and take in the beautiful ocean.

Fun house to stay with nice views of the ocean. Excellent for dogs. It is a very short drive to town and great seafood at Giovanni's. The house is split level with the kitchen on top. It is like watching a cooking show when you sit below and watch your chef cook.
