「Shuttle to the RDU departed on time at 4:00am. The elevator was down. So, I lifted my suite case to the 3rd floor. Beer and wine were not there. 」

「家族4人で滞在しました 広くて快適でした。 電子キーが何度も認識しなくなることがありましたが、フロントですぐ対応してくれました。」

「到着時の受付も親切で対応が良かった。朝食は早朝出発のため、食べることが出来なかったので分かりません。設備が古い部分があるが、清掃はきちんとされており問題無い。 」

「I stayed the hotel for 6 nights. What I most dislike about this hotel is the card key. Often times I needed to inside and out the card key because of unrecognizable. Most staff are friendly, the room I stayed was clean enough (except some cups in the shelf). Caution before using stuffs in the shelf, some of them were unwashed. 」

「近くにコロナの対策もしっかりしていて日本食の外食レストランもあり室内にキッチンもありロングステイには最適 スタッフも宿泊ゲストもとてもフレンドリー」

「Room was stylish, staff was so nice, environment was good. you can also bring PC at the lobby where there is plenty of desk that you can work. i like this hotel than other hilton. the steakhouse, capital city chop house is near from he hotel and was so delicious.」

「We were there for 2 nights visiting colleges, our room was very nice and clean. However the bed and pillows are in need of some replacement they were old and uncomfortable. There’s a restaurant at the hotel very minimum doors options, only had a breakfast sandwich and coffee. It was good. Hotel very conveniente to Highway and downtown Raleigh,many restaurants options. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it was as lovely to seat outside late afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! We are...
