Great location for the wedding we are attending. About an hour from Dollywood. Construction noise from a nearby work site is super loud but not the fault of the hotel. Hotel staff super friendly. Ample parking.

A Wakening

I used advance check-in, at first this was not recognized, but the desk clerk was kind and professional and got us in a room right away. The mattress was somewhat firm for a little old lady and I kept waking up.The reason for the frequent wakeup may have been the mattress, or it might have been the people in lead boots above us moving furniture all night. The breakfast lady was outstanding, and the breakfast itself was fine except for the lack of fresh fruit. Overall, it was a good motel for travelers.

I stayed in several Marriott hotels traveling from Michigan to Virginia. The rooms were cleaned and the beds were comfortable. My wish list for Marriott hotels would be for better breakfast when offered and a makeup mirror in the rooms.

Hotel overall was clean and well maintained. The bed was not comfortable and the breakfast offered was just OK. We ended up going out for breakfast on the second day.

I enjoyed my short stay. The WiFi never worked the entire time I was there however. The front desk just asked me to "forget" the network and try again, and offered no further fixes. I'm a member of the Marriott Bonvoy club and it's supposed to guarantee free Wi-Fi to members. Regardless, I was pleased by the staff that I interacted with and would probably stay again in the future.

Rooms were very clean, however, the heating systems did not seem to work properly....rm 323 was blowing cook air....room 326 heater made a lot of noise when it came on. Room 326 also only had towels, cups, etc. for one person...we had to go downstairs to get more. But, we loved the accommodations, the breakfast bar, complimentary coffee in lobby, and the staff was very courteous and very, very helpful. Thanks for the night...wish we could have stayed longer.
