"My strongest complaint about this property was the state it was in upon arrival. Minimal care had been taken to prep the property for paying guests. When we walked in, there were mouse droppings on the kitchen table, on the rug in the living room, on the floor and corners all throughout the kitchen ..."

"We had a disastrous night with loud neighbors fighting and had to call the police. The management was very apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault), refunded that night’s stay, and moved us into a nicer room far away for the next night. We really appreciate the effort!"
