No agua caliente, muy fría, no personal en el hotel, la recepción estaba sola, no me ofrecieron el desayuno que la tarifa incluye, solicito un reembolso. No permitieron plel pago con tarjeta, solo en efectivo. No lo recomiendo

Buen hotel económico

Buen hotel para llegar solo a dormir, no tiene estacionamiento y tuve que dejar mi carro en la calle pero no hubo inconveniente. Hay una construcción al lado del hotel por lo cual te despierta desde muy temprano la maquinaría. En la parte de afuera del hotel es una zona de tianguis por lo cual es un poco incómodo. En general estuvo bien la estancia ya que fue solo por una noche e iba de paso. Me cobraron $50 de impuestos al llegar al hotel, adicional de lo que había reservado.

El lugar es muy cómodo, el servicio es muy bueno, el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo ampliamente, tiene agua caliente todo el día, tv con wifi en habitaciones y plataformas de streaming

Con el hotel todo esta muy bien solo en la parte de afuera estan construyendo y en la plaza esta llena de puestos lo que no te permite estacionarte afuera tienes que dejar tu auto en un estacionamíento publico y pagar una cuota entre 120 - 200 pesos Lo comento para que lo consideren.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la limpieza buena¡ la ubicación es perfecta para pasear en Patzcuaro. Hay que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, así que es algo a tomar en cuenta. El personal no siempre está en recepción, hay que esperar que aparezcan o buscarles para pedirles cosas (sobretodo en las noches), el wifi no llega a las habitaciones. Es una buena opción por calidad, precio, comodidad y ubicación; es la segunda vez que le hospedo ahí y me gusta¡

Las cortinas son translúcidas y la luz es muy fuerte por la mañana, las almohadas son muy delgadas, se desperdicia demasiada agua esperando a que se caliente. La reservación dice que incluye desayuno y no lo ofrecieron, así como el estacionamiento. La mujer que me atendió, muy amable.

NO HAY LUGAR PARA ESTACIONARSE Y BAJAR EQUIPAJE, LOS TAXISTAS DEL LUGAR SON MUY AGRESIVOS Y LLEGAN GROSERAMENTE A QUITARTE SI TE ORILLAS A BAJAR LAS MALETAS. Pésimo servicio

De inicio la persona de al recepcion, pésima su actitud, no cuentan con estacionamiento ( valet parking)como lo marca la pagina, fue un caos encontrar estacióniento, no dan desayuno, piden $100 pesos de depósito por el control de la TV, al salir no me querían regresar mis $100 de depósito porque la persona que nos recibió no lo anotó ... Al menos yo ni loco regresó a es hotel.
