I finally the got a call centre which sent me the instructions 2 hours before check in. The venue itself is lovely and the location and outlook are lovely. So...

"Overall was lovely. Gorgeous property & great location. However, the bbq was dirty so we couldn’t use it & the ducted hearing was quite patchy- boiling hot in some rooms & cold in others. Garden was really nice but needed some tlc. "

The staff were wonderful and David was fantastic - the drive around the property was a highlight.
