The entire family loved “our cook’s bay home”. From when we opened the front door to a framed view that was unique to our last day snorkeling out front it was superb.Snorkeling had only 10-20’ visibility out front but the tropical fish along the reef was plenty and a wide variety. We went to Temae beach.and I swam with a ray. Close to everything and reserved next year.Perfect for our family of 11.

The house was amazing! Nightly shark parades past the dock, amazing snorkeling just off the beach, great location and everything we needed for our large group. Can not say enough wonderful things about this place. My only complaint is that we have to leave. Monique and Aidan were fantastic hosts!!

Location Location Location. The rental was right on cooks bay. The shallow water was perfect for our 4 year old. There is a small grocery store walking distance, maybe 4 min walk.Aiden was extremely helpful when we needed things. Bottled water was available throughout our stay.In general, the house was a little dated which is not really shown in the pictures. We had some problems with the kitchen sink draining the first day which Aiden took care of right away. The TV downstairs didn’t work so we had to bring the tv from upstairs down. That tv was slow on loading apps such as Netflix. There is no shower upstairs. Only a tub with a handheld. Some of the windows upstairs didn’t close all the way which let bugs in.Also, the steps to the back patio are a little difficult to see. We had a 70 old fall and a couple of other close calls. Be prepared for mosquitoes if you visit in May. We had 2 days of heavy rain which probably didn’t help the mosquito situation. All and all, we would definitely come back. The view from the backyard is truly magnificent.

Had a great time with friends.

House was large enough to house four couples with room to have private time. Checkin was easy with a wonderful recommendation for an inexpensive good restaurant across the street. Loads of things to do pool, ping pong, foos ball, kayaks, paddle boards, fins and masks. Would highly recommended.

Wonderful house. Great location. Lots of Toys

We were in Moorea to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our daughters and their spouses. House is large with plenty of space for 3 couples. House is in a great location. Can walk to Supermarket, pizza place, smoothies, and shopping. Very well stocked with all the water toys one could ever imagine needing. Family hosts were very nice.

Cook bay house

We were 3 families with kids aged from 4 to 11. We had an amazing time. The house has a great location as you have can go to beaches, hiking start (belvedere) within less than 20min. Vue from the house is awesome as it's on the bay and has a direct access to the beach that we enjoyed a lot. Warm welcome from the owner. We'll definitely come again.

Mission Moorea was a success

We were a group of experienced travelers and had an amazing week long holiday at this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need was close to the house. We cooked several dinners and the BBQ and kitchen were great. The home was large with plenty of space to socialize or have a quiet moment to yourself. The AC worked perfectly and kept all the bedrooms nice and cold for sleeping. Great outdoor space to just take in all the beautiful scenery. The outdoor shower was also a highlight. We were all sad to leave this magical home in a spectacular setting.

Nailed it

Every other review is completely accurate. Amazing location, amazing amount of space, fantastic amenities for families (and family time). Our group was two families of four and everyone thought it was a fantastic vacation. We had a small issue one evening with one of the ACs not turning on, I messaged the host and 10 minutes later (late at night) he was there to show us how easy it was to fix (our ignorance...).
