"There are no words other than the saying, 'Stay at this hotel; you won’t regret it.' The food is amazing. It’s incredibly clean, and the staff is amazing. You say jump, they say how high. I will definitely miss Antigua Guatemala and will recommend this hotel to family and friends."
"The staff were very friendly and helped out with local places to go. Breakfast was included and had a various options to choose from. The rooms towards the back are quieter as there's a bus stop near the front of the hotel entrance. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Antigua!"
"Stay was very nice and convenient for a quick trip! Staff was very friendly and accommodating as needed! Location was perfect for walking around Antigua! Close to literally everything!"
"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel.
Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food,
Easy parking and close to tourism sites"
