I tried to cancel a good 20 days before. I got no reply from the char (even though they say they respond typically in a day), I then emailed and got nothing back. Very uoset as I had to cancel due to a family member and to them be asked how my check in was just added to the upset. Disgusting

Les lits sont bien et c'est là le principal la propreté est bonne par contre une douche be marche pas la clim je suis pas sûr non plus l'acceuil est sympathique et très bonne un peu de bruit en début de soirée mais le confort des lits est très bon table à l'ombre pour manger attendons le petit déjeuner qui est abordable

Bilan d'une nuit épouvantable

Chambre 134 Lumière extérieure qui reste allumée toute la nuit. Malgré le store, la lumière rentre quand même. Ventilation bruyante toute la nuit dans la chambre ou le couloir. Chambre 133,asiatique qui ne parle pas le français au téléphone de 2h30 à 4h00.Malgre mon intervention, il n'a pas raccroché. J'avais vraiment besoin de dormir et la nuit a été épouvantable. Il y a quelques semaines, j'étais au F1 de Lattes où tout s'était bien passé.. Est-ce que vous feriez un geste commercial pour ma prochaine réservation ?. Merci Cordialement E Le Buzullier

Après d’arrivée tardive, impossible de faire mon check. In. Le téléphone ne marchait pas, j’ai attendu 30 minutes avant de pouvoir rentrer dans l’hôtel grâce à des clients, je suis 20 minutes supplémentaire pour attendre quelqu’un à la réception dans les toilettes, je me faisais grimper dessus par des fourmis qui m’ont mordu les boules le matin à 11h quand je suis sorti pour aller aux toilettes, mon code n’a marchait plus impossible de re entrer dans ma chambre.

Le seul point positif est le couchage confortable et la vue sur l'extérieur calme de ma chambre. Sinon, les toilettes et les douches sentaient mauvais et étaient sales ou en mauvais état. Le petit petit-déjeuner honteux. Des produits industriels très bas de gamme, du pain, brioches secs. J'ai presque rien mangé. Même l'eau avait un goût de jus de pomme (contenant certainement mal nettoyé). C'était commode pour une nuit vu mon petit budget mais si prochaine fois il y a, je ne prendrai pas de petit petit déjeuner.
