"We stayed here for just one night at the end of our trip, and we wish we had stayed longer. The apartment was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The morning view from the window was amazing. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. After a long trip, the clean and comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the perfect way to end our vacation. We would gladly stay here again."

"We came here for a family reunion in June. We had 36 people. June is a little chilly sometimes for Bear Lake but because the house has so many fun things to do and The house is part of The Reserve complex we were able to use the swimming pool, Pickleball courts, and hot tub at the clubhouse and had plenty to do even though the weather did not cooperate for lots of playing at Bear Lake. The private beach that The Reserve has at Bear Lake is so nice. There was lots of parking as well as great sand to play in. The house itself is the most well equipped vacation rental property I’ve ever been in. The kitchen was fabulous. Mindfully designed for large groups. The set up, plenty of spices and dishes. Even little kid cups plates and forks and spoons. Three high chairs. Towards the end, we ran out of paper products, but there were plenty of dishes. It was no big deal. I love that there was multiple gathering spaces so that people could visit in large or small groupings. We love that there was a large grass area in the back, so we had plenty of room for games. The views are incredible! There was lots of parking. We had nine vehicles and there was room for more. The garage is tall enough that I could get my tall van in there.One of the favorite features was the slide going from the main floor to the basement. That thing was used almost constantly. It entertained kids from 2 to 16 years old.The entire property was so thoughtfully designed. Go!! You won’t regret it."
