The buffet breakfast had every option to be desired. Staff was helpful. Hotel is situated in a quiet area. If you’re coming from the US don’t forget a plug adapter AND step down transformer. There is a bus stop close by to get into the city or most things are a 30-60 minute walk. Irons are not in the rooms but in a designated area or available upon request.

Following the cancellation of our flight from Pisa, we told reception that we wouldn’t arrive until around midnight due to driving 2 hours and the reception was happy to stay behind to make sure that we could check in correctly
Overnight stay and the property was quiet and beds were comfy, breakfast was included and had a nice spread of fresh hot and cold options.
Only around 10 tables nicely spaced apart and was a relaxing open space to enjoy the morning
Would happily stay again as the property is relatively new and the water pressure was impressive for a standalone property

We found the room very loud, we were woken several times overnight to loud noises.
The hotel itself was nice, the breakfast was very average. When we went to find a table nothing was cleared and it seemed the staff were overwhelmed.
The location of the hotel was very average. It was difficult to get to the main tourist areas. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you don’t have a car.

"The rooms were very clean and fresh towels were brought often! The common areas were clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish was there were hooks in both bathrooms (especially the shower) so I could hang my towel and clothes and not have to put them on the floor or the sink. Other than that ..."
