"Absolutely loved this hotel. Starting with the most welcoming, helpful and lovely staff. Always looking out for our needs. The hotel is a beautiful modern building, the reception area with the dramatic circular staircase. The rooms and bathrooms are huge with great finishes. Two pools on the property, I especially loved the interior pool, felt like a Roman bath. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. The breakfasts are wonderful, with so many options. They server also lunches and dinners. We ate there four times. Loved the menu and the servers were absolutely amazing. Highly, highly recommended this hotel."

"Really impressed with this hotel. On arrival, they provided us with a detailed map of the city and highlighted all the places worth visiting in the time we had. It was our daighters birthday on the day we visited and they set out a lovely table in the restaurant. Thank you, we will certainly recommend you."

"The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The places they recommended for dinner, both nights, were spot on. We were needing to do laundry, but their washing machine was broken. The dryer was working so we hand washed all of our clothes from the past week in our bathroom, then the staff dried them for us for a nominal fee (8€ I believe). When we got back to our room, they were dry, folded, and sitting in baskets in our room. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historic convent near many wonderful historicsites, including a Roman temple right beside the hotel. The pool and surrounding cafe/bar area are gorgeous. The rooms are small and could use a renovation; our AC units were loud in the early am and the shower & bath are a bit awkward/cramped. It was a great space for us with a grown child because she was able to stay in a separate living area. For the price and to see Evora, I highly recommend."
