It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈 "

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "

The bedrooms are very tiny, in particular the "master bedroom", which has an inclined ceiling, which is not visible on the photos. It is max 6 m2, of which only 2 m2 have a ceiling height of above 2m. The second bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom and the "master bedroom ". "The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...
