Walden condo

This condo was nicely updated where needed. Perfect location for our yearly visits. Even though we didn't use second floor amenities, the lower living room had an open cathedral ceiling appeal. Great value and we would definitely stay here again if available.

Close to lots of activities! Nice place with lots of blankets and a cute little breakfast waffle maker! TVs equipped with game system for kids to play! Would come back!

Great Place For A Weekend Getaway!

The home was great. It is in a great location for being near the lake and offers a great place to brimg family or friends for a weekend getaway. The host was great, the home was tidy, and everything went as planned. We had all the accommodations we needed as well. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay again amd recommend this home to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in and out was a breeze. No problems at all. Very Clean, Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo. Well stocked on cooking utensils, towels and everything you would need in a home.Great atmosphere and loved that is was dog friendly. Our fur baby enjoyed his stay as well. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the Conroe area who is looking for a nice pet friendly place to stay. Our family really enjoyed it.

Amazing Accommodations

The condo was fully stocked with all the amentities. We were able to entertain the kids with games and cooking as it rained all weekend while we were in town. I was thankful for the laundry detergent because we have a toddler and he goes thru clothes! My only recommendation would be instructions on how to use the PlayStation. My kids struggled to figure it and finally gave up. Also, a map of where the playground on the Walden was would have been helpful. Since it is tucked away from everything, a map of the closest restaurants, pools etc would have helped. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

Great condo, just missing a few things to make it better

First off, this condo is on the third floor with no elevator. So you MUST climb stairs to get to condo. This was not clear from the listing. It had almost everything you could need except a few things. There was no place to unpack clothes. Only a few hangers in the closet which was full of extra pillows. No drawer space - full of extra linens. No place to set an open suitcase either except open on the minimal floor space in the bedroom or in the living/dining room. Somewhere to put clothes would be awesome. There was no detergent for the washer- I like to throw the towels in the washing machine of our last day and put them back for the next guest. They did have lovely towels for both the shower and the pool, which was nice. There was no description of the surrounding area nor what the Walden card was for. We learned through google about the community center, pool and lovely restaurants accessed via the card. There was also a nice dog park around the corner where your fur baby could get a chance to run. No checkout guide so hopefully we did everything as expected. There were different coffee machines available as well as a waffle maker with instructions and ingredients. Nice place but probably wouldn’t stay again due to third floor location. Those stairs were hard to climb over and over, especially with luggage. Enjoyed our stay overall. Condo property was nice and well maintained.

An easy, very pleasant stay. The drop from a 5 to 4 star was for the sofa bed mattress upstairs that ideally would have been better if it was thicker. Outside of that, a very nice and easy stay.
