Escape by the lake 💕

You will love this oasis! Enter in to a gated community with 24 hour security for piece of mind. Hang out in the house or walk down to the lake in seconds. You can sit by the water, fish or jump in!

In the house you'll find huge windows let lots of natural light in. Open concept upstairs allows for great entertaining and easy communication. Big living room and master bedroom TV's, alexa, basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and much more on apple tv.

In the kitchen the double oven is great for cooking multiple dishes at once. Of the kitchen and living is a covered patio with chairs to relax with a water view.

There are three FULL bathrooms. One in the master, another downstairs and one upstairs. No need to fight there is plenty of hot water!

Sleep on the BEST super comfortable mattresses with clean sheets washed before every stay.

The yard is fully fenced. The front is a 4ft iron fence and the back is 7ft wooden fence. Plenty of room for dogs, kids or adults to play.

A beautiful place and area!

The photos don’t do this rental justice! It is so cute and in a great area! You can see the lake from the big balcony. Beds super comfy and bathrooms very spacious! Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Nice for our 4 day stay

The accommodations were as listed. Nice and cozy as the weather was damp and chilly during our visit. The small fenced yard was an added plus for our two pups. The Master Bed is very comfortable. We didn't use the other rooms or beds but there is plenty of sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms for larger groups.

Reunion time at April Sound

We were in the area for a 50 yr class reunion. This site was centrally located for all of our activities. The beds and bedding were extra comfy and perfectly fitting for us.

We stayed as 2 families and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all well furnished. For others to know The location is deep inside a gated club community so keep extra time for to get in and out.. and there is long security guard queue.

Great townhouse and roomy!

You’re literally a block walk away from watching a beautiful sunset over the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the house was super clean. You do need to know that there’s no coffee or soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms so you’ll need to bring your own.

Wonderful holiday stay

Evette’s townhouse is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful view from the upstairs covered patio. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to every question and resolved any issue immediately. Our stay was great. We have stayed in Eladen for the last 15 years during our annual trips and this was our first stay in April Sound. Beautiful with all the Christmas lights up, views of the lake and a secure place to stay. Overall I can’t recommend this location enough.

Great Mattresses

Very comfortable townhome/condo. All the beds are downstairs, and there is a great open area upstairs. The mattresses were so comfortable; all five of us slept great. It is in a gated community. We did have a hang-up with security; we had to show proof of our rental agreement the second night. But that is not the owners' fault.

Perfect condo for a family get away

We traveled to Lake Conroe for a Thanksgiving family reunion. The double oven was a huge help as was the very well stocked kitchen. The beds, pillows and linens are very comfortable. Our son brought his dog so the fenced yard was a plus. We didn’t spend anytime in the community but it looked like a nice gated community with 24 hr security.

We had three couples and two children. I would have like to know that it was two stories, but thankful one of the littles did good with stairs. We had to watch the crawling one because there was mor any thing at top of stairs. The rooms were very spacious and lots of bathrooms. Overall a great place!!!!

Our son and his fiancé were getting married at the April Sound Church with their reception at the county club. We needed a home to house a few members of our family for the weekend. House and amenities were lovely and just as described. Only exception was the parking and sleeping up to 10 is stretching it a bit unless guests will sleep on the sofa. I may have not read closely enough but I was not aware the home is only allowed two parking spaces but the neighbors were very gracious and the house next door for sale with vacant spots in which to park because we had multiple vehicles for out of town guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and the host was always quick in responding to my messages.

Priceless Family Time

Our stay was perfect! 💯 The rental space was as described. Once I arrived I felt the pictures really didn't do the space any justice. It's nice and comfortable. My mother-in-law and auntie advised their rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I would agree if their beds were anything like the master bed. I have never been able to sleep comfortably, when away from home, until I slept in that bed. BRAVO!!! Access to the lake with just a couple of minutes away. We walked to the lake with our fishing gear and lawn chairs in tow. Unfortunately the previous renter caused a fire with the grill therefore it was gone. The host was very sweet and willing to accommodate us by ordering a grill but we chose to bypass the offer. Overall we had an amazing time!! Family time is priceless! Will definitely keep this location on the list of favorites!
