Apt Amelie - new 2 bed duplex Les Alberts (Montgenevre)

This beautiful new apartment is one of 3 apartments which have been sensitively renovated throughout from what had been an old barn originally. Filled with charm and character, this 2 bedroom duplex apartment can be found to the second floor and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. It has capacity for up to 6 people and is located in the village of Les Alberts (Montgenevre 1400) in the heart of the Claree Valley. For those looking to visit in the winter, it is perfectly situated for Les Alberts nordic skiing just 200m away (door to piste). However also well placed for both resorts Montgenevre and Serre Chevalier at a short 10 min drive in either direction. For those who aren't looking to drive, private door to piste transfers can be pre-booked for a supplementary fee (details below).

Très bel appartement très bien isolé et placé dans un environnement très agréable.

Randonnée pédestre et escalade . Participation à "Toutabloc 2024" ,spectateurs au mondial d´escalade à Briançon. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et la mise à disposition du barbecue et du jacuzzi.

L'appartement est très joliment décoré, il est très agréable d'y séjourner. Le village est très calme et sa proximité des pistes de ski de fond est très appréciable.

Très belle rénovation avec agréable jardin dans une ancienne grange à proximité de briancon, montgenevre et la Clarée. Accueil chaleureux.

Un très bon accueil mais une déception sur l'annonce

L'annonce laissait penser que le jardin était privé et accessible directement depuis la maison. Il s'agit en réalité d'un jardin partagé qui est 2 étages plus bas que l'appartement. L'accueil était parfait par ailleurs.

Très agréable appartement

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement cosy, décoré avec soin. L'accueil a été plus que chaleureux et nos hôtes ont été très réactif. La vallée de la Clarée est vraiment très belle.
