Das Haus ist wirklich super. Groß, schick, hell, 3 Badezimmer, gleichwertige Schlafzimmer, sehr schöner Aussenbereich und auch gut ausgestattet. Poolbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht.

Excellent 2nd stay

We stayed in this villa last year and loved it so much that we returned again this year. We are a family of 5 adults and 3 children aged 11, 7 and 5 and the villa and pool was perfect for our needs. Esther who manages the property is excellent and very welcoming. We hope to return in the future.

We stayed at Marc's villa from 11th August for a week. Our first impression was it's size with a large swimming, it was very tidy and spotlessly clean with good sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Esther welcomed us and showed us around, very nice lady. We would definitely recommend this villa we had a wonderful time here.

We spend a fantastic 10-day holiday in this modern property. The communication with the owner and the welcome by Esther were perfect. The house has everything a family needs for a perfect holiday: great location close to all main attractions in the Var, modern equipment, airco and a perfect swimming pool. Très bonne impression dans l'ensemble: * Maison extrêmement bien entretenue et rénovée * Bonne disposition des pièces, quasiment toutes pourvues d'A/C * Piscine bien orientée et entretenue * Suffisamment d'espace pour 8 personnes * Option ménage qui est un plus très apprécié! * Petit cadeau de bienvenue (quelques bouteilles de vin d'un producteur voisin) Quelques suggestions d'amélioration: * Ajouter un parasol auprès de la piscine ou mentionner explicitement aux clients d'en amener un - l'argument est qu'avec le vent le parasol se casse souvent, dans notre cas nous aurions préféré l'inclure dans la caution car l'après-midi la chaleur est intenable au soleil... * Mettre les draps en option - ici il est marqué qu'aucun supplément n'est facturé pour les draps, mais nous aurions préféré payer moins cher et amener nos draps Merci et bonne continuation!

Had problems finding it but, Esther met us at the garage/supermarket to take us there, which was just closing so had no food. Paid damage waiver and said €80 charge for bed linen, no towels and read electric meter! I messaged owner next day and he said it was a mistake. Apart from towels which we bought from supermarket next day the house had everything very nice.

Petit mot d'accueil et panier du terroir, nous ont mis dès notre arrivée dans de très bonne condition, et sonnait de bonne augure pour la suite de notre villégiature en terre varoise. Nous y avons trouvé une maison en "état neuf",très bien étudiée et organisée, largement prévue pour 8 personnes, avec tout le matériel électro-ménager nécessaire à notre disposition - ainsi que la qualité de la literie bien disposée dans des grandes chambres spacieuses, une salle de bain, 2 salles d'eau, la belle piscine à disposition....et tout ceci correspondant en tout point avec la description que nous avions relevée sur le Net. C'est ainsi que d'entrée de jeu nous avons été agréablement surpris et rassuré sur la qualité de notre séjour. Endroit particulièrement bien localisé dans le Var, nous en avons bien profité pour nous offrir de belles escapades tant dans l'arrière pays que sur la côte d'azur, de la Presqu'île de Giens au Cap de Saint-Tropez. Belle adresse à recommander,,, maintenant que la "belle saison" arrive à grands pas. Bien-être assuré. Courez-y, courez-y vite......

Super séjour

Villa tout confort et au calme. La piscine est assez longue pour faire des longueurs et nous avons utilisé le barbecue avec plancha tous les jours! Petit village fort sympathique (bar/tabac, boulangerie, supérette, etc) et authentique. Coopérative vinicole intéressante. Superbe semaine avec visite de Nice, Cannes pour le festival et bien sur Saint-Tropez! L’arrière pays est aussi splendide. Très bon contact et accueil. A bientôt j’espère.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette très belle villa avec prestations de qualité. Très fonctionnelle avec cuisine et séjour donnant sur terrasse abritée face à la piscine. Rien ne manque! Villa spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée, décorée et agencée mais malheureusement nos vacances ont été ternies par quelques surprises (pas de parasols autour de la piscine en plein soleil toute la journée - difficile avec des enfants en bas âge -filtre de la piscine trop usagé ne fonctionnant plus vraiment- nos maillots de bain ont verdi - et pas d'internet suite à un problème avec france télécom). A noter qu'il faut ajouter au prix de la location les frais de draps et serviettes (obligatoires....) ainsi que l'électricité...Le propriétaire n'a daigné faire aucun geste en compensation de ces désagréments...dommage...

Une villa au calme avec un confort parfait

Villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée (moderne et fonctionnelle). L'emplacement de la maison est situé au bout d'un chemin dans les vignes : c'est le calme absolu. Idéale pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Cotignac est à 8km et Brignolles pas très loin non plus. On est dans l'arrière pays varois à la découverte de son histoire et de ses spécialités provençales.
