Nice new hotel. Very comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Housekeeping only left face towels for one day (we stayed for 3 nights). Glasses had lipstick on it. Coffee pods supply only one day (2 pods). No sleepers. Rooftop restaurant gets pretty full after 6 pm when its open to the public. Good breakfast on the main floor. Friendly front desk staff

It is my second time at the Montevideo hotel. It is new, it is 2 years old, it has a very nice terrace with a very nice small pool. and a very lively terrace for drinks, where Jimena helped us find an available table. Cleanliness is a strong point in the hotel, the girl who cleaned the room did her job very well. She would return without a doubt.

I'd come back to Montevideo just to stay here. Splurging for the breakfast is a must. The staff is awesome. The rooms are a joy and so beautiful. We extended our stay by 3 days just to enjoy. A real gem!

As dependências do hotel são muito bonitas e com personalidade, como se espera de um hotel “leading hotels of the world”; porém o serviço e principalmente a gastronomia deixam muito a desejar. Ficam na média de qualquer rede sem assinatura. O restaurante e o room service tem pouquíssimas opções; eu que sou vegetariana, tinha apenas 01 opção. O serviço também, nada de especial. O concierge entrei em contato por e-mail para solicitar ajuda com algumas reservas, e nunca me responderam.

Great hotel in v helpful staff
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel. What really stood out was attitude of staff. We had a couple of unusual requests whilst there which reception did their best to help with. Only slight downside was just a few loungers by pool. But then being 5 mins from amazing beach and a short drive to Old Town or Punta Carretas bars and restaurants, you do not want to miss lovely Montevideo by spending too long by the pool

Hôtel magnifique et décoré avec un goût extrêmement raffiné, position excellente et chambres spacieuses, les suites sont vraiment magnifiques . En tant que hôtel leasing of the World il manque quelques améliorations cependant. La communication avec et entre le personnel est un peu improvisée et on voit qu’ils ont ouvert depuis peu . Ils font de leur mieux et sont pleins de bonnes intentions mais ils manquent d expérience et n’ont pas le regard sur les clients de la part de professionnels. La carte des vins et le menu pourraient vraiment être améliorée mais tout le reste y est . Beauté de l hôtel , décoration magnifique, gentillesse et bonne disposition du personnel .

This hotel was a wonderful experience for our short trip to Montevideo. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the decor was tasteful. The staff was very attentive. It is located in a more quite and residential neighbourhood. There were some food options available within walking distance. Overall I recommend this hotel!

Razoável.
Tivemos, eu e minha família, uma boa experiência. O pessoal da recepção atende muitíssimo bem. O quarto é bom, mas o banheiro é pequeno demais. O Café da manhã é razoável, a parte de pães e cozinha é muito boa, mas a de frutas é fraca. O Restaurante na cobertura é um terror; o atendimento é fraco e me venderam um vinho cujo preço na cara estava, segundo, eles errado, paguei tudo para não ter problema, mas isso é grave.

Hotel charmoso, com interessante arquitetura e decoração. Ficamos hospedados num apartamento com salas em separado do quarto facilitando muito quando estamos em 02 pessoas e uma delas necessita trabalhar a distancia como fizemos. Um ajuste apenas deveria ser efetuado nas amenities, simples por demais para um hotel boutique como este. Experiencia impar na cobertura com atendimento e ambientes excelentes.

The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby, restaurant many the room are Architecture Digest worthy. It has all the pre-requisites of a 5 star hotel, but shockingly the food is awful--both room service and restaurant. Perhaps given the newness of the hotel they just didn't have enough time to hire a proper chef or create a decent menu.

Hotel com tom clássico e equipe sensacional
O hotel tem um estilo clássico! Percebe-se que além de extremamente bem treinada, a equipe é super solicita, simpática e educada! O sorriso no rosto faz a diferença e em todas as oportunidades fomos atendidos com sorrisos no rosto! A cama é maravilhosa! Achamos o quarto um pouco escuro, mas ao mesmo tempo isso foi excelente para relaxarmos. A academia tem aparelhos não muito práticos, mas possui uma boa estrutura.

Room was large, nicely furnished and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Victoria and Sebastian were noteworthy in their efforts to make our stay enjoyable.

El parking no es del todo comodo, la piscina no estaba a una temperatura optima y cuenta con pocos lugares para sentarse en los alrededores de la piscina. Más allá de estos detalles un lindo hotel con muy buenos restaurantes.

The hotel is very modern, it’s a new construction. It’s located in a residential neighborhood, absolutely nothing of interest is around it and it far is from any of city’s attractions or restaurants. Staff is nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is good, but limited. The restaurant is strangely run, we went several times and the place would be near empty and the staff would tell that they would have to see if they could fit us in, one night the couldn’t despite the place being only half full, we asked for a recommendation for a local place to eat, they sent us to place that not open. We eventually found a place just few blocks away that fine on our own. The roof top bar was constantly having private parties, and was always half empty. The gym was filled with palates machines, which was odd, not something you find hotel gyms. If you were visiting friends or family that lived in the immediate area of the hotel I would recommend it, otherwise I would not.
