"Not a great experience, flight was delayed by 2hours and arrived at the hotel at 1am. Staff member was nice and checked us in, however when we went into our room there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. When I alerted the staff member he came up right away and got rid of it for us."

"Overall, t is a good property but very disappointed to learn that they did not have laundry resources on property. They have se a laundry service that is not available on the weekends (our stay was over the weekend) and the room was very warm. They were able to provide a fan that helped a lot. The property was very clean and in a good location."

"This is a unique hotel, perched on the hilltop of Montesano village. It has old charm and lots of character. Our room was spacious and with castle-themed furniture. We had a private terrace patio which was huge and offered a spectacular view across the area. The girl at the reception, Elsa, was very kind and informative. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a hidden gem. Parking at the property is free."

"Room was nice, staff were friendly. Breakfast was the worst on this trip, coffee was just bad. Not a lot of choices. We would have used the restaurant for dinner but it didn’t open till 8pm, there was nothing around to eat."
