"20 minutes from the beach, surrender by several excellent restaurant with good price. Very clean, inside and outside pool area, we could access a BBQ as well. Fair price for the stay. May be to add ceiling fan in each bedrooms. As a personal choice we rarely use air-conditioning (bad for the planet), and with the mosquito meshes on windows, we could sleep with open windows and fresh air from the country side, but fan would have been nice ! Paola and her husband are very nice people, and we enjoy...

"Wir hatte die Zeit sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Es ist nur sehr ländlich gelegen außer den Märkten ist da nicht viel los. Mittags ist alles bis 16 Uhr zu. Für uns war es gut zum endspannen aber wenn jemand mehr Aktion haben möchte ist das weniger geeignet."

"Family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! This house is charming, clean and full of old world treasures. The host and caretaker were very responsive and friendly. Monterubbiano is a charming medieval town in Le Marche with very few tourists! It is so close to other towns and 20 minutes from the beach. We ate at Coccaro 2 nights and it did not disappoint. We highly recommend this spot!"
