lack of organization receiving check in guests, many cut in the line. Thsi first experience gives you a feeling ranking should be less. service is also not great. very late or don't get back at you but always ask for service tips up front.

Beautiful new hotel But to much traffic to get in and out. And the school in front makes to much noice 7am with a microphone!!! And the other thing that bothers me was that at 11am the air conditioning was regulated to 23 degrees, so the room gets very hot!!!!! Horrible!!! We called the front desk ...
