The hotel is beautiful but finding how to get to the entrance and where to park is horrendous! The hotel is in a big mall, and while you can see the hotel from the street, good luck with finding the entrance! There is NO SIGNAGE to guide you at all!! Once we got there by driving around the parking lot and entered the hotel we discovered there’s a parking garage below with elevator access. For a hotel this upscale it was pretty frustrating to have such difficulty.

The hotel was clean and it was convenient to have access to the shopping center thru the elevator and just a few.steps to get into the shopping center. The only problem we had was that one of the days, there was no hot water and they couldn't tell us how long it would take to get it fixed. We ended up taking a cold shower. When we came back to the hotel at the end of the day (Around 9pm), i asked about the hot water issue and was informed that the water heaters were already working and heating up the water. We got to our room and the hot water was not clean. After a long while, the hot water was hot and seemed clean. As for the add-on breakfast, it was worth it for us. They had fresh seasonal cut up fruit, cheeses, breads, 4 different types of milk, 5 types of juice, cereal, small pancakes, scramble eggs, refried beans, several sauces, along other items. Great variety of foods to choose from. They were changing a few items on the daily basis and you can ask for eggs your way. The only thing I missed was tortillas. Other then that, it was pretty good.
