Um ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado: apesar de dizerem que estava ligado, não funcionou — felizmente conseguimos abrir a janela. Também sentimos falta de gentileza por parte dos atendentes: chegamos com muitas malas e ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar, o que não condiz com o padrão do hotel.
