「All clean and beautiful, but new toilet paper roll was left on the floor. Wifi didn’t work」

「From the moment we arrived, the white glove treatment began. Marco and Isabella where the ultimate host and hostess. After showing us to our beautiful rooms, they then showed us to the gorgeous patio where they treatment us to coffee, lemmon soda and cake. In the morning we got a knock on the door before breakfast with a tray of espresso and cookies. 「Nice clean room. We had planned on staying for dinner after a long driving day but there were multiple events and no availability for reservations. The staff made us reservations at a restaurant in Sulmona which was a short drive away, we ended up having a wonderful dining experience. Nice hotel」

「La Signora Angela alla reception gentilissima e dolcissima con la nostra bambina. Staff tutto gentilissimo, camere spazione e dotate di ogni confort (leggermente datate ma nessun problema) Ristorante attaccato all'hotel con personale carinissimo e molto gentile, piatti buoni ma unica pecca la lentezza nel portare i piatti. Più di 1h di attesa per 2 piatti di pasta. Ma buonissimi!」

「Ottima accoglienza, davvero eccezionale! Staff gentile, discreto senza nessuna invadenza. Stanza pulitissima. Avrei chiesto un soggiorno per 2 notti e soltanto per un persona: mi hanno dato una matrimoniale con due letti singoli e ovviamente un letto matrimoniale. C’erano quindi 4 posti letto….. un’infinità di spazio. Da tornare e consigliare!」
