"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money.
Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days.
In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"Déjà anormalement chère pour la région et le confort (pas de piscine notamment), nous sommes allés de surprise en surprise :
1- Porte entre cuisine et terrasse cassée et inutilisable pendant 4 jours
2- Pelouse non tondue (>20 cm)
3- absence de Wifi non signalée dans l'annonce
4- barbecue fait de 4 parpaings, grilles rouillées et sales
5- Propreté plus que douteuse de la cuisine et de ses éléments (four, placards, frigo)
6- Plus généralement, offert pour 12 personnes alors qu'il est impossible...
