"Tourist trap. You will get charged per child $100 per night. You have to pay for every activity. Staff is not friendly compared to other hotels in Colombia. Food is expensive and mediocre compared to other hotels within Colombia. Will not be coming back to this hotel."

We asked several times for them to fix this problem and each time they were pleasant and agreeable but it never was repaired. I wish they would have told me they were never going to fix it because each day we told them and they would tell me it would be restored, I would wait, turning on the shower, over and over-until I would give up for another day.
