「The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude.

「Checked in with my family. 2 rooms. Checked in thinking that everything was going to be "normal". Went to the room to wash my face and brush my teeth. The water burnt my eyes a little, but I did not think much of it. Put some water in my mouth to brush my teeth and immediatly spit it out - salt water! Like from the ocean. 「Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen」

「Die Unterkunft sieht auf den Bildern viel besser aus als sie ist. In Wahrheit ist die Lage in einem Dorf auf dem Hügel und kein Taxi will dort hin fahren. Die Bauqualität ist miserabel und für das, dass das Hotel nur 4 Jahre alt ist, ist alles mögliche kaputt. Wenn man eine „Suite“ bekommt, ist die winziger als eine Abstellkammer.
