Great stay. Location is great for shopping, dining and walking around to see the sights. The hotel staff was outstanding and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was great way to start the day.

Property was large, safe, clean and liked there was 24 hour attendant but for the price not sure would choose again. Requested the water in shower to be looked at twice as it was very very cold (visited in November) and was never fixed so did not have warm shower entire stay.
Also the room safe malfunctioned and when tried to get passports out the night before our morning flight could not. Eventually manager on-site was able to find a key to manually open as the batteries in the safe were dead so could not reset code. Was frustrating at midnight to deal with.
Room was pretty big but would be nice to have at least one full length mirror as only mirror in entire room was the one above bathroom sink.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the staff is very friendly and attentive, in particular the young lad at the reception (sadly forgot his name). The hotel is not in the quiet area but is easily accessible from the centre of Pisa. We would definitely come back to this place. Thank you.
