HIGHLY recommend this property! Absolutely beautiful property in the best location for exploring Bologna. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites! We had a very stressful situation, having lost our passports on the train to Bologna. Through extraordinary efforts by both the Hotel Manager and Concierge Julia, our passports were speedily located and we got them back right away! The Manager also upgraded us to a suite which was very luxurious and appreciated after such a scary day. I encourage anyone who is looking for a centrally located luxury hotel in Bologna with exceptional customer service to select this one. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk up the main shopping street to the piazza maggiore where all the main sights are and plenty of restaurant's and shops.
Rooms are a bit dated but large and spacious

"I would have given a 5 Star had the room been cleaned properly, coffee cups I utilised in the morning wasnt replaced nor coffee refilped. Coffe only had 2 sachets so if you wanted more you can't.
