Cose positive: personale gentile ,bei saloni ,ambienti puliti, wifi,parcheggio ,zona verde. Cose negative : camere un po' datate e colazione minimal. Comunque nel complesso un giudizio positivo senza dubbio.

Vacanza a Montecatini Terme (hotel Belvedere)

Albergo bello e pulito, personale cortese e disponibile anche a consigliare visite e itinerari nelle città limitrofe. Pulizia delle camere tutti i giorni compresi asciugamani, sapone, cuffia da doccia e bagnodoccia/sciampo. Asciugacapelli in bagno. Posizione dell'hotel nella norma, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente e in poco tempo il centro. Bella doppia piscina coperta, una per adulti e una per bambini. Colazione al mattino con varie possibilità di scelta a buffet senza limiti che accontentano i gusti di tutti, varie bibite e personale presente per richieste particolari. Sale da lettura, colazione e pranzo/cena pulite, eleganti e sempre in ordine. Camerieri sempre disponibili e cortesi. Il ristorante dell'albergo offre ai clienti ogni giorno un menu per pranzo e uno per cena con tre diversi piatti per ogni portata tra cui scegliere. Ascensore per raggiungere le camere, parcheggio privato, WiFi gratuito. Esperienza positiva e soddisfacente, eventi organizzati dall'hotel interessanti e coinvolgenti ( pranzo e cena di Ferragosto, evento alle terme per festeggiare il Ferragosto in musica).

Vänliga och hjälpsamma personal. Rekommenderar om du letar efter lugnt område. Ljudisoleringen var inte i toppklass. Värd för piriset. Vi var nära allt, Pisa, Venedig 3 timmar, Florens och Vinci.

Hotel needs a facelift

The Hotel Belvedere is close to the Hotel Michelangelo in Montecatini Terme which was why we selected it as we had family staying at that hotel. Though the hotel has a nice structure and a lot of promise, it seems as if it hasn't been remodeled or maintained since the 1970's. The decor is a disaster and there were bugs (earwigs) in our room. The shutters were broken as were the jets in our tub and the lighting in the room was very poor. Furniture was in poor shape and things were stained. The service was satisfactory and the breakfast buffet was nice. The outdoor eating area is probably the nicest feature of the hotel, though we did not dine there. We did eat a nice evening meal at the more attractive Hotel Michelangelo up the street but had poor service there as we were not hotel guests. I'd only stay at the Belvedere if you get a discount.
