The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with kitchen and four bedrooms: one double bedroom with independent external access, garden-facing glass wall, kitchenette, area with bathtub and bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms and one room with kitchenette that can be used as a lounge or double/twin bedroom. The first floor, accessible from outside via a staircase, features a fifth bedroom with bathroom with shower.
