Location is the best! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Roman Forum, Colosseum, and Trevi Fountain.,
The room is rather spacious and clean. The breakfast is reasonable with a wide variety of bakery items, salad, eggs, and meats.

If you don’t buy the spa pack each day you feel as if you don’t belong anywhere near the restaurant. Spa package is a separate charge and no using the pools or anything without it

check in was a problem Only two staff at desk and were apparently overwhelmed. In every hotel of the world we have stayed, they welcome you with a host/hostes in a separate room often with a glass of Champagne whilst you wait for your room. This was not the case here.

This location is perfectly located in the middle of town for a tourist! Really amazing staff who have great communication via WhatsApp. The breakfasts were fantastic -
Highly recommend!! And the dinner onsite is great too. Room was small, but clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were firm but comfortable (think memory foam). The pillows were not good but it’s nominal when everything else is perfect!!!

Terribly noisy. Windows not noise cancelling as per other hotels in Rome and concerts in piazza going on until 1-2 am. Elevator too small to get more than 1 person and a suit case in it. Location is convenient but may better hotels near by. Staff did accommodate a late check out (noon) as standard check out time is 10 am.
