"When I booked this place I was stupid to assume that 3 people would have beds! A pull out couch with broken springs is not an acceptable bed. Towels only for 2 people. No bath mat. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. No extra linens at all. The pull out bed in the couch had DIRTY WRINKLED SHEETS. "

"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. "This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. "Excellent spaces for parking. Access only into property via electronic gate. Very safe and secure. Location lovely and and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Apartment very clean and spacious. Excellent facilities. Boat and cycles to use and outdoor pool. Common room warm and inviting. Will definately return to use the facilities as it rained the whole time we were here. They even provided umbrellas!!"
