Key lock on apt wall difficult to use and could not get it opened to leave the keys on leaving. Apartment very spacious and clean. Furnishings were basic and the kitchen facilities could have been better. No washing detergent for pots and no kitchen towel. Oven had no grill and there was not a toaster. "Unfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day.
The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. Unfortunately my train arrived at 9.
Not only is this false advertising and thus, I had to book another hotel for both nights, they...
