Nestled between the Briare Canal and the Loing, near the Lac des Closiers, it offers a haven of peace combining direct immersion in nature and walking proximity to the town, via its new marina.
Montargis, the little "Venice of Gâtinais", is an exotic destination listed among the hundred "Most Beautiful Detours" in France, in particular because of its vast and unique network of canals and rivers, connected by one hundred and thirty-two bridges and footbridges.
Its charming alleys, picturesque islets, flower-filled locks, half-timbered houses and historic buildings invite you to stroll and discover.
Montargis thus offers an interesting variety of cultural and outdoor activities: visit to the Franco-Chinese Friendship Museum, walk in the Pêcherie district, the Ponts circuit, paintings from the Girodet museum, tasting of artisanal sweets at the "Maison de la Prasline Mazet", rowing water activities (initiation every Saturday morning) or sailing.
For fans of hiking or "Petite-Reine", amateurs or experienced, the region also abounds in walking circuits and green two-wheeled routes including the famous European Scandibérique cycle route, linked to the Val-de-Loire.

- a living room with lounge area and open kitchen;
- a bedroom (accessible by two small steps), equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed that can be separated into two 80x200 cm single beds if necessary;
- a bathroom including toilets.
Independent laundry room accessible from the outside (washing machine, dryer, household utensils; possibility of parking your bikes.)
The shared courtyard allows the closed parking of one or two vehicles as well as the use of two private terraces with garden furniture.
If necessary, a free public parking area is also accessible 50 m away (for low vehicles only). The cottage does not have a charging device for electric vehicles.
