"Parking was terrible to find and then was the last person to find a parking spot.
Other wise the hotel was in great shape which was very surprising!!! Some staff were very helpful while others were nonchalant!!!!"

"Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional."
