Amazing hotel. Stayed here 3 nights. Sad to leave. Great location. Was within walking distance of the Mediterranean and the upper elevations to the Northwest. I got to see so much of the city. Everything you need is closely located. Markets and great food. Carlos my bartender was great as were Esmeralda and Anna at the front desk. Highly recommended!

I loved that there was coffee and creamer in the room. Location was convenient to everything.

recently flew with Delta Air Lines and had a very disappointing experience. I paid for my seat and followed the baggage rules by bringing one carry-on bag and one personal item, but the staff still forced me to check my carry-on at the gate, saying there was no overhead space available. What made the situation even more frustrating was that after boarding, I could clearly see there was still space available in the overhead cabinet for my bag. My medicine and fragile glass souvenirs were inside the carry-on, and I couldn’t access them during the flight. When I received my luggage after landing, several items were damaged. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the situation, which made the experience even worse. I understand flights can be crowded, but passengers who pay for their seats and follow the rules deserve respectful treatment and accurate information. Very disappointing experience overall.

Clean room but charged double for tax to what was meant to be on the receipt.

This hotel was close to the metro and in a great area of the Gothic Quarter. The paid continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. However, one of my tops disappeared from my luggage and I suspect the cleaning staff figured I wouldn’t notice one missing garment.
