Entrance hall/utility area, WC (wash-hand basin), living room/lounge with open-plan fitted kitchen. 1st floor: mezzanine (double bed OR twin 70x190cm beds) with access to balcony (admire charming countryside), 2 bedrooms (two 80x200cm beds OR queen-size bed in each), shower room/WC.|Heating: gas & wood. 1st chest of firewood free, any others must be paid for. Gîte has lovely open views of pond and Revermont region. 2 parking spaces. Nearby: Bouvent lake (water sports), architectural heritage of Bourg-en-Bresse (Brou Royal Monastery), Hôtel Dieu apothecary (old hospital/poorhouse). 2 hours from Paris and 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva, ideal country break, discoveries guaranteed. The advantages on request: open space (piano) for quiet creative work; themed stays: wood-fired oven, Gorges de l'Ain, fishing, pedestrian accompaniment; special city dweller: pick-up from Bourg en Bresse TGV station.
