Conveniently located peaceful and quiet leisure townhouse on La Bete golf course, great for skiing, golfing, biking, hiking, and activities such as the Parc Linéaire Le P'tit Train du Nord, the Scandinave Spa, and many others within 5-10 minutes.
Located between the town and the pedestrian village at the foot of Mont Tremblant. Look for the sign on the right of Montee Ryan which is the main road into the Tremblant ski resort. The perfect destination for you and your family, 365 days a year!

The condo comes equipped with air-conditioning, WiFi, two 43" 4K HD smart TVs with Chromecast, PS3 with 10 games, and Netflix. If you prefer family fun, there are puzzles and board games.

Guests have access to 2 heated swimming pools (late June to early September) and a children's playground by pools.

There is one designated parking spot for the condo and then there is ample extra parking in a lot that is in front of the house.

The house has plenty of windows, a cathedral ceiling, and a wood-burning fireplace. It features a large fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave.

Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The main floor features a king bedroom, with a queen bedroom and 2 twin beds bedrooms upstairs. The living room has a pullout couch (king size) if an extra bed is needed.
The 1st-floor bathroom has a washer/dryer inside. The 2nd-floor bathroom has a bathtub. The dining table seats 6 and has a walkout to the patio and BBQ.

There is an outside locker beside the air conditioning unit that can be used as storage for skis/snowboards.
As a part of our long-term reservation rules, we do require a $500 payment as a security deposit. This will be refunded within 48 hours of our cleaning team doing a full inspection making sure house rules have been followed and no damages have been reported.

Currently, we do not have an Electric Vehicle charging station, and using a 110V charger off of the townhouse receptacles is not allowed.
There are few EV charging stations available in the Village of Saint-Jovite

Highly recommend. House is as described. Very comfortable. Quiet area. Walkable to the pool and the golf course and a short drive to the ped. village. Loved the hiking in the village and the national park.

Dragana's place was the perfect respite from all the exploring we did when in Mont-Tremblant. Spacious townhouse located on a golf course with easy access from the highway and assigned parking. The host provided everything that we needed ( and more) to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great spot in Mont-Tremblant. Five stars overall...

Well appointed with nice furnishings. Only drawback was "jetted tub" had no stopper so couldn't use the tub. Was disappointing. Would have liked a nice soothing bath on a cold rainy evening.

I stayed there for many months. I worked from there during the pandemic. Tge location was quite central , not far from the highway so convenient, but the view is basically looking at the road and parking area. The place is very sunny with high ceilings. That made it very enjoyable. It has a nice open concept. The neighbors are terrific people and very helpful. . The kitchen is well equipped and functional. We did lots of cooking. The air conditioning comes in handy. The beds are soft and very old. They were very uncomfortable and since I was staying many months I had to bring a memory foam mattress top since the owner was not willing to update the beds. The owner did however agree to improve the window coverings since they didn’t block much light. This was very appreciated. The furniture was ikea style decor , very simple. The dining room had pretty uncomfortable chairs. I was using the space for my office since it was the only table. The living room had 2 old outdated arm chairs that took up lots of space and were horribly mushy to sit in. You sank deeply into them and were very uncomfortable. I pushed them to the side because the place was crowded otherwise and There was no floor space anywhere to put down a yoga mat. The upstairs is small and the floors are constructed very thin. You hear squeaking from movement of people sleeping in the beds above you. There was an electricity problem / blackout that came up repeatedly over the span of 10 days that required 2 visits from hydro to conclude that the problem was definitely not from their end and it required a private electrician. Even though I was working from there and having vital incapacities for work that were costing me, it took a week until the owner finally brought in an electrician. My partner was outside running around in the dark and rain at night trying to help the electrician find and fix the problem. This problem could have been responded to faster since we were without electricity. In March The owner also asked me to show the home to strangers who were looking to rent for the following winter. He expected me to let them into the house against the public health advice during the pandemic. At the time nobody was going inside anyone’s house. Cases were rising and I only agreed to show them from the outside. The owner repeatedly criticized me for not letting strangers have a tour while I was living there. There were definitely some issues that were not working out.

The condo was very spacious for our family of four as each child has their own bedroom. Fully equipped including air conditioning which was great. Location was further from the tremblant ski resort than we usually stay but very convenient to get to the resort. Very quiet surroundings and the 2 swimmming pools were very clean and conveniently located. Had a few questions for the owners which were answered very quickly, usually within 5 minutes. Overall very happy with our stay.

Condo is very sunny and bright with lots of windows and high cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice quality cooking ware and utensils. It was clean and everything fairly new Organization was excellent and lots of counter space and pantry space. The bedrooms have old beds. They are very soft and were not comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and purchased dark window coverings on my request. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and the noise from them is very high since the floors seem very thin in their construction. The living space is simple decor ikea style. A lot of the seating was not so comfortable , ie dining room chairs and living room chairs. Patio chairs were also uncomfortable for eating outside, but the bbq is private and convenient. Parking is very close and extra spots are not an issue. The neighbors are very nice people, many owners. For sure this place had the largest amount of sunlight. Overall a comfortable stay.

Our family enjoyed a few days in this condo. Well equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking your meals. Lovely setting on the golf course and about 10 minutes from the village. Mattresses in a couple of the beds need to be updated and cleaning staff could do a more thorough job with sweeping and dusting but otherwise everything was good. Communication with owners is pleasant and they were very quick to respond when the entry code did not work. They reset the code remotely and stayed on the phone to make sure we got in and then followed up to make sure everything was fine.
