"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"VRBO can be hit or miss, but what made this one work for me was the communication from the owner. International travel somehow screwed up my access to the app so the owner texted directly with me and got me in! The place was small but that’s all I needed and it worked out great. "

"Firstly you need to be aware if you are booking this apartment that it doesn't have a smoke alarm fitted or a carbon monoxide detector. There must've been a smoke detector at some point as there is a fitting in the hall but no longer. That point tells you a lot about how important your safety is to the hosts, it should be illegal to rent a property without basic standard (and cheap) alarms. Positive points this apartment is in a good location, immediately next door to a ski equipment hire shop...

"Cute studio apartment perfect for one person or a couple. Very clean, provide various tourists guides and attractions if desired. Owner was great about communication to ensure I had easy usage of the flat. Easy to get to other parts of Annecy."

"I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!"
