「Great location. We did not bring a pet but they thoughtfully provided a dog bed for those who do, which was very cute. It was great that they provide dishes for use on property and the kitchen cabinets were well labelled. There is a good ice cream place a block away and it was quick and easy to walk to the major downtown areas. We would stay here again in the future」

「The property has an excellent location and is a renovated apartment. The Great Room has a large space with the kitchen, dining and living room all together. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a large TV. Like most rentals, make sure you bring your streaming service login/passwords. The bedroom is large and is very comfortable. 「This house was perfect for our trip. We were on vacation exploring DC and didnt not want to stay directly in the city so we picked Frederick. This house was clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed.
