「This was so beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. We had a nice fire in the evening, grilled some burgers, and showed off our horrible boating skills (honestly it was fun to just row in circles and laugh, but the river is calm and has lovely views). It is easy to drive to the market for anything you need or other small towns for a day trip. We had minor issues with outside lights but it made it more fun to see things by firelight and fireflies. Thank you!」

「Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future. 」

「We loved our stay here! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Please note that there is a decent size set of stairs to reach the door of the property. We did not know that in advance and have some members of our group with mobility difficulties. However, the house is all one level which was great. 」

「A fantastic time in Twin Mountain! Huge yard with tons of berry bushes, great evenings sitting around the fire pit, or sipping wine on the front porch, a relaxing time away! While the cottage is cozy, it has everything one needs. Although there is a hot tub, we didn’t make use of it as the weather was 90 during our stay. I’m sure on a crisp fall evening it would be nice! The location is close to everything we needed. 」

「Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You」

「Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! 」
