Panoramic villa near the sea for four people in the Capitolo area, in Puglia with two bedrooms distancing just 1 km from the beach.
The property is at 15 km far from of the fascinating trulli Town of Alberobello and 6 km far from Monopoli’s centre. This villa accomodation in Puglia is an authentic icon of the Apulian style and has been furnished in an elegant and stylish way.
It is 80 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access.
The villa consists of a kitchen complete with cooking equipment, cooker, fridge/freezer and oven; a bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and wc, hairdryer and washing machine; a first large matrimonial bedroom with wardrobe and a second matrimonial bedroom with access indipendent from the first.
Of great value and rare beauty, the patio with a view on the Olive trees, ideal for enjoying relaxing and pleasant moments or delicious dinners accompanied by the fresh breeze of the Apulian countrysides and breathtaking sunset. Moving on we find an outdoor cooking area with BBQ, equipped with working table, allowing guests to dine in the open air, during lunches and dinners. the space has also an outdoor shower.

On the windows surrounding the Villa, it is possible to contemplate the beauty of the Apulian nature: the green coloring of our olive trees are principal figures of a painting.
Our villa is the perfect choice from whom desires a holiday themed by tranquility and absolute quiet for families with small children surrounded by the rich Apulian vegetation, or, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare and Ostuni.

Diese wunderschöne kleine Landvilla liegt auf einem großen Grundstück zwischen vielen alten Olivenbäumen, Palmen und Blumen. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das lagt auch an der lieben Gastgeberin, die sich sehr gut um die Villa kümmert und uns zahlreiche gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Villa bietet zwei Terrassen von denen, je nach Tageszeit, eine immer schattig war. Besonders haben wir die neue Außendusche geliebt. Ungestört unter blauem Himmel zu duschen ersetzt schon fast einen Pool! Die zwei Klimaanlagen haben auch an den heißen Tagen schnell für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Wir haben mehrmals selbst gekocht und auch zwei mal den schönen Grill benutzt. Und morgens den ersten Kaffee auf der hinteren Terrasse in herrlicher Ruhe zu genießen, fanden wir einfach großartig. Es waren zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in Apulien und in dieser hübschen Villa. Herzlichen Dank M.Christiane & Andreas

Mariangela ist eine sehr gute und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, ihr Haus ist ein Traum. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit war sehr erholsam. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Dazu ist die Lage für Urlauber, die die Einsamkeit suchen und/oder viele Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Apuliens machen wollen, ideal. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l’accueil à notre arrivée. Villa avec toutes les commodités ,spacieuse et bien agencée. La cuisine et très fonctionnelle et bien équipée.Le villa est implantée dans la campagne Pugliese avec un grand jardin d’oliviers . Merci à Mariangela pour le bon accueil.
